Dr Sam Darwish General Practitioner

Dr Sam Darwish graduated from University of Alexandria in Egypt in 2009 after completing his basic medical education. He moved to Australia in 2012 to start his training in general practice.
Dr Darwish attained Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in July 2021. He provides universal healthcare across all aspects of general practice, and is specially interested in surgical procedures including skin cancer diagnosis, surveillance, and treatment. Dr Darwish has trained with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia and received its certificate in 2018. He is also interested in women’s health, men’s health, sexual health, and mental health and many more. He is fluent in English and Arabic.

Dr Imran Tariq General Practitioner

Dr Imran Tariq graduated from the University of Liverpool School of Medicine in the UK in
2013. He participated in post-graduate training across various hospitals in England. After
completing his general practice training in Birmingham, he attained Membership of Royal
College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in the UK in 2022.
As a GP, his work has involved treating patients with medical conditions in a wide range of
specialties including urgent care, internal medicine, paediatrics, dermatology,
musculoskeletal disorders, men’s health, palliative care, mental health, and women’s health.
This breadth of knowledge allows him to address a multitude of health concerns, ensuring
his patients receive well-rounded and personalised care. In addition to English, he converses
fluently in Farsi.

Dr Youstina Mesak General Practitioner

Dr Youstina Mesak is very knowledgeable in all aspects of General Practice and has extensive knowledge and interest in women’s health. When it comes to her patients she is caring, genuine, and thorough with her approach. Dr Mesak is fluent in Arabic and English.

Dr Marcy Govender General Practitioner

Dr Marcy Govender has been practising as a General Practitioner for over 30 years. She graduated from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in 2006, and has been an examiner for the RACGP for the past 12 years. She has been practising in Melbourne since 2003, and has an interest in all aspects of general practice, with a keen focus on chronic disease management and women’s health. Her loving and caring attitude towards patients, together with her thorough assessment of clinical presentations makes her a well sought after GP.

Dr Mahomed Moosa General Practitioner

Dr Mahomed Moosa has been a General Practitioner for over 40 years in the western suburbs of Melbourne, and has been practising at Kealba Family Practice since 2012. Dr Moosa has special interests including all aspects of general practice, and enjoys the wide variety of patients in general practice. He speaks English, Hindi, and Zulu.
